Hamburg
Mobility in Hamburg encompasses various options, ranging from novel sharing and on-demand services to the conventional public transportation system, including buses and trains that crisscross the city, connecting us from the Alster to the Elbe riverbanks. Hamburg is synonymous with captivating mobility projects, much like its bustling port featuring container ships and ferries, all integral components of the city's diverse mobility landscape. Furthermore, visionary initiatives such as autonomous shuttles and subways are paving the path toward the future, a future we aspire to influence.
Who are we? We represent the Hamburg Hub of the Young Mobility Network. We are a group of young, inquisitive individuals hailing from Hamburg, as well as anyone interested in being part of our gatherings, whether it's for a casual get-together or other hub-related events. Whether we are students in Hamburg, employed by (Hamburg-based) transportation companies or mobility service providers, or pursuing entirely different vocations, our common thread is our fascination with everything that facilitates the movement of people and goods from one point to another.
The Hamburg Hub is organized and overseen by Fabian, Sophie, and Kristina. We regularly convene for relaxed after-work gatherings or embark on excursions led by mobility experts to explore Hamburg's mobility offerings and projects. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us, visit our LinkedIn page, or simply join us at our meetups! We eagerly await the opportunity to welcome new faces.
